Veigar farms event horizons: every Q kill is permanent AP, so Classic's long games are your best friend. Lane safely, stack off cannons and casters, and cage defensively against ganks — the edge stun is your entire defense, so placement is a skill check. From two items on, R plus DFG deletes any mage or carry from full health, no combo required. In fights drop the cage on their frontline's path, W the stunned, and execute whoever your team focuses. Time is AP; waste neither.
